Generational differences are a natural part of society, but in today’s fast-paced world, they often lead to misunderstandings and communication challenges. Through the Erasmus+ project “Bridge of Communication Between Generations” 36 youth workers from five countries came together to explore how empathy and dialogue can unite us despite our differences.
The project’s core focus was to provide youth workers with tools to better understand and address generational conflicts. Participants from Turkey, Portugal, Georgia, Italy and Bulgaria collaborated on a shared mission: to reduce prejudice, foster mutual respect, and develop innovative approaches to improving intergenerational communication.
This project was a testament to the power of collaboration and shared vision. By equipping youth workers with the tools to bridge generational gaps, we have laid the groundwork for more empathetic, understanding, and inclusive communities.
